1 - How to reserve a car ? 

It is very simple process. You should just fill out our reservation request form and send us immediately. Please do not forget the details in the form. This is very important for us to serve you better. After receiving your request, we will appreciate to inform you as soon as possible about the availability and your best offer. You can also reserve your car by fax or phone. 
2 - How to pick up reserved car ? 
Depending on your pick-up and delivery location details, you can pick your car up at our airport offices or we will appreciate to deliver the car to your hotel or any address you requested.
3 - What is included in the price ? 
Our rates are included unlimited mileage and delivery and collection charges in our city.
4 - Which payment type can we accept ? 
We accept all cash valid in Turkey (European currencies, $US etc.) or Visa, Master card, American Express as payment.
5 - What happens if the car breaks down ? 
We always do every effort possible to check our cars technically not to occur any technical problems on your vacation. However in case of any breakdown you can reach us 24 hours by our emergency phone number. Our experienced mechanics will appreciate to fix your problem as soon as possible. If the problem of the car can not be fixed in a short time, we change your car with same group.
6 - What should I do in the event of an accident ? 
You should not move the car until the police or gendarme reach the accident, call the police (154) or gendarme (outside city) (156), get alcohol and traffic report and a copy of the other vehicles insurance. You should also inform us immediately about the accident.
7 - Can anyone else drive the vehicle I have hired ? 
Other drivers sign on the rental agreement can drive the car. Drivers must be least 22 years old to hire vehicles in group from B to G.
